Features of ZM series
1. Matrix body PDC bit sintering process is monitored and controlled by using flexibility the rmocouple to ensure sintering quality of the matrix body PDC bit.

• PDC cutters of different features are selected to suit different drilling applications in different formations to satisfy different requirements when drilling soft to medium hard formations.
• Cutting structure is force balanced and non-symmetrical blade and wide gage are designed so that the force on bit is balanced resulting better stability of the bit.
• Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning and cooling effects of the bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
